Picture this: you're gliding silently across a glassy lake at dawn, positioning perfectly for that trophy bass without spooking the fish. The MotorGuide Xi3-55SW makes this a reality for kayak anglers everywhere. This 54-inch shaft, 12V bow mount trolling motor stands out with its featherlight build and effortless handling, letting you stow and deploy it solo—even from a seated position in your kayak. Remanufactured to peak performance, it delivers the reliability of a brand-new unit while supporting sustainable choices for serious watersports enthusiasts.

What sets it apart? Unmatched quietness that keeps you stealthy, digital smarts for consistent power, and intuitive controls that feel like an extension of your paddle. Whether you're chasing stripers in brackish bays or finesse fishing freshwater streams, this motor elevates your game without the bulk or noise of traditional setups.

Effortless Stowing and Deployment with SecureStep

The SecureStep system is a game-changer for solo kayak operators. Traditional motors demand awkward climbs or muscle-straining lifts, but this design cuts deployment effort by half. A simple foot press engages the system, allowing smooth transitions between spots. No more fighting waves or wind— just quick, secure adjustments that keep you focused on the fish.

• Patented cam-over technology locks securely in place
• Reduces physical strain during long days on the water
• Ideal for tight kayak cockpits and shallow drafts

Anglers report stowing in seconds, even in choppy conditions, making it a must-have for tournament pros and weekend warriors alike.

Whisper-Quiet Operation for Stealthy Approaches

In the world of trolling motors, silence is golden. The Xi3-55SW runs 40% quieter than rivals, thanks to optimized propeller design and vibration-dampening materials. Fish hear your approach long before you see them—this motor ensures they don't. Paired with a 55-pound thrust rating, it provides ample power for 12-foot kayaks loaded with gear, maintaining speeds up to 4 mph without a whisper.

Real-world testing shows it outperforms in windy bays and current-heavy rivers, holding position effortlessly while you cast.

Wireless Freedom and Smart Power Management

Break free from cables with the available wireless foot pedal, giving you hands-free control up to 18 feet away. Digital Power Management monitors voltage and adjusts output for maximum efficiency, extending runtime on a single battery charge. It's not just convenient—it's smart engineering that prevents overloads and delivers precise speed control across 10 forward and reverse settings.
